We execute a flawless Multi-Course Tasting menu with wine or cocktail pairing. These Private in home events in Hong Kong are fully serviced staffed events. Typical event is 6-12 guests, 2 servers and myself. One server takes care of all beverages served as well as setting, clearing and resetting the table during service between courses. And the other server helps with serving, clearing as well as dishes and cleaning. I am the Chef for the personal chef experience and I cook everything fresh in home day of from scratch from shopping day of event to platting. We arrive 90 minutes before service time and leave about an hour after service ends leaving everything clean. Sample menus and pricing are available for this service on our menu page.
